MineFill Services has reached an agreement with Lafarge Holcim to create a full service backfill testing laboratory in Seattle, Washington. This facility, housed at the Lafarge Seattle Concrete Laboratory, is capable of batching and testing both cemented rockfill mixes as well as paste mixes. Our testing programs include paste rheology, paste strengths, admixture testing, as well as cemented rockfill mix strengths. The laboratory is equipped with a HAAKE iQ rheometer and both strain controlled and load controlled testing frames for testing various backfill mixes.
