In 2024, MineFill Services completed the design and construction of a greenfield paste plant solution for Gold Fields in Western Australia. Built on a reclaimed salt lake foundation, the project utilised a modular plant design with container silos and a MineFill feeder-conveyor to generate paste output for gravity delivery to underground stopes.

The project required the delivery of a greenfield paste plant on a reclaimed salt lake foundation, creating specific site conditions that needed to be addressed through practical engineering and construction planning.
The system also needed to support high paste output while maintaining a modular and efficient plant configuration suited to the project requirements.MineFill delivered the engineering, procurement and construction of a modular paste plant solution incorporating container silos and a MineFill feeder-conveyor system.
The plant was designed to generate 190m³/h paste output, with material delivered to underground stopes via gravity.
The completed Invincible Reclaim Paste Backfill System demonstrates MineFill’s ability to deliver practical greenfield paste plant solutions for major mining clients.
